How does the 14-day guarantee work?
You can return products to us within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Of course, this also applies if you bought them during discount campaigns.
Simply contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with your order number to notify us of your return. You will receive the refund IMMEDIATELY after receiving the package.
Make sure that the product is unused and is sent in its original packaging.
How do I return a product?
Returning a product is easy. Make sure that your return is sent to the correct address. You can find this in step 1 of the following instructions.
The credit note will be issued within 24 hours after we have received your parcel.

Pack the items and label the parcel
Place the items in the parcel and tape it securely. Write your address (sender) and our following return address (recipient) clearly on the parcel.

Posting a return
You can drop off the parcel at DHL, DPD, Hermes and GLS parcel stores and packing stations. Simply book an inexpensive shipping label with shipment tracking on site. Please keep the issued return receipt as proof.

Receive a refund
Check the shipment tracking to see whether we have received your return. From this point on, it only takes 24 hours to credit the order.
